Hydraulic parts are the core part of the beam calibration instrument, so it must be used according to requirements to extend the service life.
One: Before using the hydraulic system:
1: Check whether all the links are tight and leak-free, especially the quick joints.
Note: After the system is suppressed, you will not be able to tighten the joints by hand, let alone use tools, otherwise the joints will be damaged.
2: Exhaust the air in the system.
3: Check the liquid level of the fuel tank and add oil to the indicated position. You should refuel when all the cylinders are retracted. If you do not retract the cylinder when you refuel, the fuel tank will overflow or produce internals when you retract the cylinder. Stress, damage the system.
4: Do not grab the hose to lift the equipment.
Two: Air exhaust in the body calibration system
1: How to judge that there is air in the system? The hydraulic system should work continuously and smoothly. For the stroke of each pump, the oil cylinder should rise evenly. If the oil cylinder moves unstable or crawls, it means there may be air in the system.
2: If the air in the system is discharged:
Open the bleed valve of the pump, and extend and retract the cylinder 3-5 times until there is no creeping phenomenon.
